When can I expect my order to show up at my doorstep?

We’ll take about 3-5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your order. Once it’s ready, you’ll get a notification that it’s on its way. From there, expect it to arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your pin code.

Oops, I made a mistake with my order details. What now?

Uh-oh. If you entered the wrong delivery address, pin code, or contact number, just email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com within 24 hours of placing your order, along with your order number. We'll do our best to help, as long as the order hasn’t been processed by our shipping partner.

Where's my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link and an estimated delivery date. You can track your order by entering your order ID. If it looks like your package is overdue, please email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com. We’ll track it down like it's the last piece of cake at a party.

I see that my tracking shows 'delivered,' but I haven’t received my package. What’s the next step?

If you’re in a gated community or apartment building, it’s worth checking with your security team or reception area, as couriers sometimes leave packages there. If that doesn’t help, please reach out to us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com within 24 hours of the 'delivered' status. We’ll quickly get in touch with the courier to help sort it out. If it’s been over 24 hours, we might not be able to step in—but we’ll do our best to try.

How do returns work around here?

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products—because you deserve nothing less than perfect. If your order arrived damaged, please email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can sort it out. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or process a refund—whichever you prefer. For more details, head to our Return & Refunds Policy page.

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

We don’t offer gift wrapping just yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.

What are your shipping locations?

We currently ship across pan India. International shipping isn’t available at the moment, but we’re working on making it happen soon!
