We’ll take about 2-3 business days to print, pack, and prepare your order. Once it’s ready, you’ll get a notification that it’s on its way. From there, expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your pin code.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link and an estimated delivery date. You can track your order by entering your order ID. If it looks like your package is overdue, please email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com. We’ll track it down like it's the last piece of cake at a party.

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products—because you deserve nothing less than perfect. If your order arrived damaged, please email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can sort it out. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or process a refund—whichever you prefer. For more details, head to our Return & Refunds Policy page.

If you’re in a gated community or apartment building, it’s worth checking with your security team or reception area, as couriers sometimes leave packages there. If that doesn’t help, please reach out to us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com within 24 hours of the 'delivered' status. We’ll quickly get in touch with the courier to help sort it out.

We don’t offer gift wrapping just yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.
