Refund policy

At CORECONCEPTS, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns only if the product you received is defective or damaged. If your item arrives in a damaged condition, please email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com within 24 hours to arrange a return or exchange of product. Kindly include clear pictures of the damaged product to help our team review your request. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or incorrect application is not covered under our policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened (seal broken) or used products, gift cards, digital products or downloadable software.

Returns or replacements are not applicable at discounted price or on sale period. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless it is received in a physically damaged condition or has any missing accessories.

Cancellations
We do not accept any cancellation requests.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will notify you once we receive the returned item. Refunds will then be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that return shipping costs are deducted from the refund, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

For late or missing refunds: If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what you can do: double-check your bank account. Contact your card company—refunds can take a few days to process. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary. If you’ve tried all the steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at wecare@bycoreconcepts.com and we’ll be glad to assist you.
